This notice explains what Flow Keystone does with the information you send through this website. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form or send us by email: your name, your company, your email address, and the size list or question you send. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use cookies to profile you, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry and, if it becomes an order, to issue a quotation, a contract and shipping documents. That is the only purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after twelve months. Order records are kept for as long as tax and export law requires, which in China is ten years.

Who else sees it

Our email provider handles the message in transit. Our accountant sees invoices. Nobody else. We do not transfer your details to another country beyond what is needed to deliver an order you placed.

Your rights

Write to sales@flowkeystone.com and ask. We will confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it — within thirty days, and without asking why.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. If your browser sends one because of a font or script loaded from a public CDN, that is the CDN's cookie, not ours.
