Private label
Anyone can print a logo. The hard part is doing it without breaking the traceability.
When your name goes on the body, it also has to go on the mill certificate, the pressure test record and the packing list — otherwise the first claim becomes an argument about who made what.
We cast your mark into the plate, not a sticker on it. The nameplate carries your model number and our batch code, so a unit can still be traced after it leaves you.
How an OEM order runs
Four steps, from drawing to container.
01 · Drawing
You send the face-to-face, flange drilling and actuator interface. We return a marked-up drawing within two working days, with the deviations listed rather than buried in a note.
02 · Sample
One unit, built on the production line and not in a model shop, with the marking applied exactly as the bulk run will carry it. Photographs before it ships.
03 · Approval
You approve the sample against your own drawing. The approved unit stays with us as the reference for the batch — the same jig, the same marking depth.
04 · Batch
Production in one run, tested and recorded per unit. Certificates carry both names: yours as the brand, ours as the manufacturer.
Bodies held before marking, so a private-label run starts from stock rather than from a casting order — which is what makes a 1,000-piece run keep its lead time.
